January 5, 2018 Depot Avenue Water Transmission Line Project Update - KUB contract crews will implement the below traffic control plan as work continues on this project:

Knoxville) Blackstock Avenue Road Closure [January 8-12] – KUB
contract crews will close a short section of Blackstock Avenue between the
Western Avenue overpass and Hannah Street from 7 a.m., January 8, through 5
p.m., Friday, January 12, as work is performed on the water distribution system
in the area. Alternate routes include Western Avenue, Broadway, and Oak Avenue.
Access to local businesses will be maintained, and flaggers and signs will be
on site to assist with traffic control.
