June 1, 2018 UPDATE – Following the Memorial
Day holiday, Garney Construction and subcontractor crews began installation of
the 36-inch water main on the section of W. Fifth Avenue between Cooper Street
and N. Broadway. Both the Cooper Street and N. Broadway intersections remain
open. Work is expected to continue in this area through mid-June.
