(Old City) W. Jackson Avenue Overnight Lane Closure [December 6-7] – KUB crews will reduce a
short section of W. Jackson Avenue to one alternating lane of traffic at State
Street between S. Gay Street and S. Central Street from 10 p.m., Thursday,
December 6, through 4 a.m., Friday, December 7, as work is performed on the
electric distribution system in the area. The eastbound lane and sidewalk will
be closed while the westbound lane remains open and is used to alternate
traffic through the work zone. Access to area businesses and residential
driveways will be maintained. Flaggers and signs will be on site to assist with
traffic control.
