December 14, 2018 UPDATE – Weekly Update: Southern Constructors, Inc., has completed utility upgrades in
this area. Paving and restoration work was completed this week. Final project
inspections and close-out are scheduled for next week with no anticipated
impacts to customers or traffic flow.
